We test the brief, the site and the budget before a line is drawn, so the project starts on solid ground.

Concept design
Three options, one recommendation and a cost range. Clients review models, not renderings alone.
03Weeks 12–40
Design development
Structure, services and facade are resolved in one coordinated model, with full-size mockups before anything is ordered.
04Weeks 40–100
Delivery
Weekly site visits until handover, then a review a year after opening.
