Master plan or public realm design
Good cities are built one street, one square and one block at a time. Our planning work gives each of those pieces a shared framework, so they add up to a place.
We start by listening and counting: who lives here, how they move and what they miss. Then we test layouts and densities in workshops, where residents and officials can see the trade-offs.
The final plan is clear and flexible. It sets the rules for streets, buildings and open space, and leaves room for the city to change over the decades it takes to build.

Who it’s for
Cities, agencies and developers shaping a district, a corridor or a public space that many people will share.
How we work
We map how people use the area today, test density and layout options with the community, and draw plans that can be built in stages.
What you get
A master plan the community understands, a phasing strategy and public spaces that people want to use.
